William "Bill" F. Hamlin Jr. is the President
and CEO of the Hamlin Companies Management Company
for Hamlin Sheet Metal Company, Hamlin Roofing Company, Ultratech
Industries, Inc. and Weatherguard et. al. Bill joined the
Hamlin Companies in 1967 and was President of Hamlin Roofing
Company until 1977, at which time, he purchased Hamlin Sheet
Metal from his father W. Fred Hamlin, Sr.
Bill attended North Carolina State University, is a past
president of Carolina Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors
Association, and has won the Roger G. Waters Award for most
valuable service to the roofing industry. He currently serves
on the National Roofing Contractors Association Board of Directors
and is active in local, state, and national construction organizations.

Charles P. Dougherty is the Chief Operating Officer of The Hamlin Companies and is a CPA with over 25 years of progressive business experience. He plans and directs all aspects of The Hamlin Companies operational policies, objectives, and continuous improvement programs with responsibility for the attainment of short and long-term financial and operational goals. Prior to joining The Hamlin Companies in 2007, Mr. Dougherty directed AGS, a privately owned consulting entity, and was a Vice President for ABB. In addition, he has significant consulting experience as a National Partner for KPMG Consulting and a Managing Principal for IBM Global Services where he built and ran industry vertical and business process improvement practices.
Charlie holds a MBA and a BS from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina. He is a member of Legatus International, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Board Member of Family Matters of Raleigh.

William F. Hamlin, III (Will) was born in Raleigh
NC in 1972. He is the son of Bill and Christine Hamlin and
the grandson of the late Fred and Kat Hamlin. Will graduated
from Ravenscroft School in Raleigh. He graduated from North
Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business
Management. Will is married to Jane Stewart Hamlin.
Will started working at The Hamlin Companies, Inc. when he
was 15 years old, doing odd jobs and assisting his grandfather.
He started working on roofing crews when he turned 18. He
spent his summers working on roofs doing tear-offs and roof
replacement. He became a project manager in 1994 and the first
project he managed was the Pasquotank Correctional Facility
in Elizabeth City, NC. Since then he has managed the installation
of the 1,000,000 square foot Lowe's Distribution Center in
Statesville, NC, the Gateway Village in Charlotte, NC and
the Entertainment and Sports Arena (now RBC Center) in Raleigh,
NC.
Will is presently the General Manager of Hamlin
Roofing Services, a job he took in the spring of 2000.

A.W. "Jeff" Jeffreys holds the senior management position
at Hamlin Roofing Company.
As the Vice President, Mr. Jeffries is responsible for all
daily operations and oversees customer and project management.
Jeff is well recognized within the roofing industry and currently
serves as Director with the CRSMCA and holds office with the
CRCMCA. He is also a licensed General Contractor (#17378),
a Registered Roof Consultant (#0127), a certified Roofing
Asset Manager, and certified for AHERA Asbestos Supervision
(#33308). Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College.

Brad Thomas is Vice President and General Manager
of Hamlin Sheet Metal.
Brad started his sheet metal training in the US Navy in 1968.
He joined Hamlin Sheet Metal in September 1972 as general
shop help. Brad then worked in every position in the sheet
metal company.
Brad is a Past President and Secretary of SPIDA, is a member
of ASHRAE and serves as a corresponding member of T.C.5.2.
Duct construction committee. He is active in pursuing creditable
flat oval test data relative to performance.
On a personal note, Brad has been married for 31 years to
his wife Cindy. They have two children and a daughter-in-law.
Brad's son, Jon, also works at Hamlin Sheet Metal and his
daughter Erin is a teacher. His hobbies include collecting
old toy trains and spending time with his family.
