Hamlin offers commercial roof inspections periodically or on request where a qualified inspector will perform a full comprehensive roof inspection. Each roof is cored, photographed and a report is generated to note all deficiencies and is identified on a corresponding roof plan. We also have the capability of providing Auto CAD drawings and details as a convenience to our customer.

Using infrared technology, thermal imaging and digital photos can be used to detect moisture and possible deck corrosion. This type of noninvasive/nondestructive inspection can be used to determine repair or replacement options as well as possible future problem areas.

Our trained and certified commercial roofing technicians can analyze core compositions, determine inadequate or adequate drainage, evaluate flashing heights and test for the existence of roof materials containing asbestos.
